Those files got messed up with the last gtk2/libgnomeui upgrade I think.
Run the following after making sure you have the latest rawhide updates
installed:
umask 022
/usr/bin/gtk-query-immodules-2.0 > /etc/gtk-2.0/gtk.immodules
/usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders > /etc/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf.loaders
