KWiFiManager will not start in FC4t2

Hi,
I have tried to launch KWiFiManager in FC4t2 (also t1 with the same 
result).  It starts and is visible for second and goes down.  I receive 
the below error message from the KDE Chrash Handler.  Can anyone tell me 
how to get this to work?
