Are you relying on a special magic list to determine 'can be installed
multiple times' here?
Or do you do this as part of the depresolving loops to check to see if
a package conflicts with versions of itself?
magical list already existent and two provides statements in the
packages:
Provides: kernel
Provides: kernel-module
