Does NOT work here...x86 machine with LVM over software raid....
I had the same issues with .142 and .149 until I got the latest mkinitrd
rpm via yum and reran mkinitrd to re-create the img file in /boot/.
Things are now working as before (lvm, etc).

Up to date with all, but it didn't help:
