There is technically a legal agreement when you install Fedora (with Red
Hat)...
But, you can still report bugs without agreeing to the CLA. Any help
will be appreciated. However, it is all up to you.

I am not prepared to sign a legal document with out getting a good understanding of what
the implications could be therefore for now I am not going to continue with the idea of
becoming a Bugzapper.
