Reminder + agenda for tomorrow's (2/19/2014) WG meeting

This week's meeting has the same agenda as last week's since it didn't
happen due to the lack of quorum, except I've added an item to go
over the plans for the kernel in the cloud images.

* Figure out who wants to start working on each (or at least some) of
the items from the PRD
* Status update on different bits of work happening docker (is this
something people are interested in for the meeting?)
* Update on happenings around the kernel for the cloud images

* GCE image status update
