ovirt has full administration ui and should be more mature/robust on
virt features.
They're really in a different space.
Use oVirt if you want a virtualized datacenter. Use OpenStack if you want a
private cloud. Use virt-manager if you just want to manage a number of
virtual machines on your desktop.
