The "→" above indicates that responsibility for that item feeds into a
next step in responsibility; for example, regional treasurers are
responsible for providing the FCL with the relevant information for their
region, and the FCL is responsible for the general report to the community.
Likewise, the Council is responsible for any top-level budget adjustment
when the final budget comes in from our sponsor, and regions responsible to
update accordingly if needed.

Treasurers,
This email is less about an actual "meeting," and more of a general
reminder that this task should be completed by the end of this week. There
are still some finer details to hash out, and we will settle on a common
format and template soon, but so far I like APAC's approach to reporting
with a spreadsheet that includes columns for: a full name for the expense
(not just a conference abbreviation,) email address of whom it was paid to,
link to ticket requesting the funding, link to the *required* event report
after, and any additional links or comments.
***Note: This timing also reflects Red Hat's fiscal quarter timing, and
that expenses reported outside of this time-frame will be recorded in Q2.***
