[commops] Digital Banners, Signatures, and more

Hi Ambassadors!

Recently, there was a request in the Design Team Trac to request more
current and modernized versions of some old digital logos for Fedora.

The idea is that these images can be used on personal websites, blogs,
forum signatures, and more. This way, you can help represent Fedora in
more places online.
