I believe the week between DevConf.cz and FOSDEM is unworkable as
there are typically terribly distracting meetings going on. I could
easily see the week after FOSDEM being a good choice if we want to
piggy back on this.
Early December works for me.

That's kind of unfortunate timing. Ideally at that point we'd have the newly
elected person in position, but that'd mean last-minute travel. Of course,
if Dennis wins re-election, that simplifies everything!
A single person going last minute shouldn't be impossible.
