metric based on the simple question "How likely are you to recommend this?"
on a scale from 0-10.
I think this can be very useful, especially as tracked over time.
How do you think that it might be useful? This seems like the most
important question to answer: if we know what we want to do with the
data, that will enable us to effectively design the research exercise.
