Latest git-annex needs one more review (edit-distance), which I have taken.

In Rawhide:
- conduit has been updated to 0.4 allowing us to move forward with wai updating for yesod.
- zlib-binding has been updated to 0.1 now for zlib-conduit (wai-extra):
