FPC meeting time

Hi, ... same procedure as every year ... Due to Europe having switched to DST last weekend, the current meeting time "Thu 17:00 UTC" no longer works for me. I'd propose to shift meeting time one hour earlier (16:00 UTC) or find a different timeslot. Ralf
