Hi there! I have a question about this review: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=889261 Is it ok to havearched BuildRequires? In my opinion they should NOT be arched, because of the reasons given in the comments of the bug. Cheers, Björn

Is there any legal barrier for packaging Popcorn Time for Fedora?

Hi, I'm sure many of you are aware of the fact that Popcorn Time has been resurrected and forked into two separate projects. The software itself (here I'm referring get-popcorn.com version) is entirely free and open-source (GPLv3) and it has become so popular that I think we should consider adding it to the official fedora repos. Debian considered adding the original version to their repos but when the development got discontinued they abandoned the idea. Now that the project has been forked and development continued I think there is a high possibility that it may end up there soon. The software may or may not be legal depending on the place you live and I was wondering if this could be a barrier for getting Popcorn TIme accepted into official fedora repos. That page is comparing clang against GCC 4.2 (Fedora 8 or so). As of 2014, I only know two cases where clang is still better: more complete caret diagnostics, and better recovery from invalid types (clang provides suggestions and uses it for the rest of the compilation to avoid cascaded error messages). As of 2014, clang's main strength over GCC is the static analyzer, not the diagnostics or the optimization. Paolo

Common name for subpackage contains tools for a library?

Hi, I'd like to know if it's meaningful to create a guideline similar to -doc subpackage for tools of a library. Currently there are too many ways, -bin, -tools,- utils, -util, and that's shapeless IMO. Ideas? Thanks. Yours sincerely, Christopher Meng Noob here. http://cicku.me
