No, all our ppc64 builders have selinux enabled and at least some ppc64le
builders have selinux, too.
This might be a setup issue with our kickstart scripts, but as this is the
first time that a build failure can be tracked down to selinux I'm not
convinced that we need to turn it off.
So mainline/primary run all builders with selinux disabled and I've
seen issues when it was enabled on ARM with certain packages, I don't
remember which though.
