No, all our ppc64 builders have selinux enabled and at least some
ppc64le builders have selinux, too. This might be a setup issue with
our kickstart scripts, but as this is the first time that a build
failure can be tracked down to selinux I'm not convinced that we need
to turn it off.
we have selinux disabled on all builders as it has ended up in
enforcing mode in the buildroot and caused failures. primary, s390 and
aarch64 all have selinux disabled and ppc should have the same.
