Brit,
It really boils down to help from ppc32 users and that community. In
previous communications, we've asked for people to join the team and help
test, verify, and develop ppc32 and have gotten very little response, much
less actual help. All the rpms and stuff is still being built, so that is
frankly still a possibility, but as stated earlier, really requires more
help than currently is available.

Is there a technical reason that there's no ppc32 version of Fedora 19
planned?

I am not an expert on Python or Anaconda, but it seems to me that the
check arch.getPPCMacGen() == "NewWorld" is redundant because Fedora 19
PPC is 64-bit kernel only and all 64-bit PowerMacs are always based on
New World architecture.
So really hope it is possible to change the following line in
python-blivet platform.py
if (ppcMachine == "PMac" and arch.getPPCMacGen() == "NewWorld"):
to
if ppcMachine == "PMac":
in Fedora 19 PPC final release
