Cannot find more info about Fedora participating in GCI

Hi all, Recently, I learned Fedora is participating in Google Code-In after I incorrectly told a student in #fedora-summer-coding I did not think Fedora was participating this year. Is there more information about Fedora's participation in GCI or where to direct new students who want to contribute?
