I have plenty of my own stuff that builds on Fedora Docker images,
plus there's all the code in
https://github.com/fedora-cloud/Fedora-Dockerfiles that'll have to
work. I'll be testing the PostgreSQL one for sure.

(That also lists all the various tests that can be run, though I'm not
sure if there is additional stuff above and beyond that is
docker-specific.)
