"Linux command line for you and me": Getting started with a CLI

I recently found out about a book-in-progress about teaching the basics
of using a Linux command line to beginners. It covers some of the
introductory topics including things like…

* Common shell commands
* Filesystems
* Useful commands (e.g. symbolic links, env variables, etc.)
* Vim
* Users / groups
* File permissions
* Services
* Package management
* Networking commands
