this Wikipedia edit-a-thon tomorrow in the spirit of open data. :)
Happening tomorrow (25 March) any time from 10am to 4pm!

Maybe HFOSS students could talk to dzho about having this count as a
meetup credit too.

  TOMORROW! Women on Wikipedia Edit-a-thon

Join The Wallace Center tomorrow in celebrating Women’s History Month by
participating in a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon! Improve the representation of
women on Wikipedia by editing or writing new Wikipedia entries about
notable women or topics related to women.

No experience is necessary! RIT librarians and trained volunteers will
teach participants Wikipedia best practices, how to create an account,
and how to use Wikipedia's editing tools. You can drop in for half an
hour or longer; no need to stay all day.

This event is free and open to the public. People of all gender
identities and expressions are welcome to participate. Refreshments will
be provided.

too. Wikipedia has a great and growing women empowerment group. Strongly
