[Fedora-packaging] request to use Conflicts in new package olpc-bootanim

Hi,

We'd like to get olpc-bootanim into Fedora. It provides the boot
animation for the OLPC XO OS.

However, this package provides /usr/bin/plymouth. It has to, since
that's what the init scripts call into. As such, I think we have to add
a Conflict with plymouth.

Is that OK?

We can't use plymouth at the moment, because it adds about 20 seconds to
the boot time of the OLPC XO. Our own boot animation is simple and
optimized.
