As an aside, in Fedora 27 /usr/bin/yum-builddep is provided by dnf-utils and
is of course based on dnf, so you get dnf resolving build dependencies even
if you have config_opts['package_manager'] = 'yum'.
It's not supposed to use yum-builddep when you set yum in Fedora 27,
it's supposed to use yum-builddep-deprecated.
I fixed that a while back:

But, yum-utils has to be installed for that to work.
