rspec 3.5.x hits rawhide

I've updated rspec series to 3.5.x. Please test them.

Vít, please test rspec-rails. Currently I have disabled
test suite.

The test suite is passing just fine, even against RoR 5, so I just
enabled it and rebuilt (I hope you did not have any special concern I
missed :) ).
