Proposal to CANCEL: 2016-01-11 Fedora QA Meeting and blocker review meeting

Hi folks! I'm proposing we cancel Monday's QA and blocker review
meetings. We have quite a lot of follow-ups from last week, but they'll
keep another week, and there's no new business I'm aware of. There's
only one new proposed blocker, which doesn't seem enough to run a
review meeting at this point (maybe we can just get some votes done for
it async).

If anyone has a reason we should run either meeting, please do reply to
this mail and we can put 'em back on again :) Thanks folks!
