Hi,
I got a response from a company that operates several boats on the
Vltava river.
They offer two boats:
1) the capacity is 270 ppl in summer
rent is $500 per hour

2) the capacity is 300 pl in summer
rent is $625 per hour

I think we should rent the boat for at least 3 hours (8-11pm), maybe 4
(8pm-12am).
They can also provide hot and cold buffet and some entertainment
(Carribean rum tasting, tasting of 100 kinds of chocolate, bartender
show, pirate show, casino, magicians,...).
To get a price for buffet we would need to have a detailed idea what we
want. I suggest that we consider if the rent is reasonable and if after
paying the rent we have enough money to get sufficient buffet and if so
we'll pick what we can afford. I can then forward it to our facility
department where they have a lot of experience with such things and can
negotiate good buffet options within the budget limits.
I've got an offer from another boat company:
They offer two boats:
1) Cecilia - capacity up to 450 ppl

rent is $350 per hour
2) Vyšehrad - capacity up to 400 ppl
The oldest and biggest boat in Prague. The only paddle steamer left.
But the rent is pretty high: $900 per hour

They also sent catering options. It starts at $19 and goes up to $60 per
person based on how expensive food we want in the buffet. It only
includes food, not drinks. We can order a drink package which is $7.5
per person and includes unlimited consumption of beer, wine, sodas,
juices, water, tea, and coffee. This package can only be purchased as an
addition to one of the catering packages.
