OK - Should build in mock.

OK - Should have sane scriptlets.
OK - Should have dist tag
See below - Should package latest version
Issues:
1. There is a newer version upstream, might update to that before importing?
20081109
2. One more thing thats confusing me on the legal front that should be
mentioned
here: The fontforge script files that are used to produce the font are under
the
GPLv2+ license. Since they aren't shipped in the binary package or part
of the font itself, I guess it's ok that the package license here is OFL,
but I thought I would mention it here.
I don't see any blockers here... so this package is APPROVED.

[Bug 471751] New: Mathematica required fonts
by Red Hat Bugzilla
Please do not reply directly to this email. All additional
comments should be made in the comments box of this bug.
Summary: Mathematica required fonts
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=471751
Summary: Mathematica required fonts
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Platform: i386
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: medium
Priority: medium
Component: xorg-x11-fonts
AssignedTo: xgl-maint(a)redhat.com
ReportedBy: q2(a)arachnoid.com
QAContact: extras-qa(a)fedoraproject.org
CC: xgl-maint(a)redhat.com,
fedora-fonts-bugs-list(a)redhat.com
Classification: Fedora
Created an attachment (id=323695)
--> (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=323695)
Small image of Mathematica warning dialog
Description of problem:
On the Fedora 10 preview release ISO (Fedora-10-Preview-i386-DVD.iso), two font
RPMs are not included. The closest matches for the missing fonts are:
xorg-x11-fonts-ISO8859-1-100dpi-7.2-6.fc9.noarch.rpm
xorg-x11-fonts-ISO8859-9-100dpi-7.2-6.fc9.noarch.rpm
Absent these fonts, Mathematica 5.0 will complain about missing fonts and will
render text improperly.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
How reproducible:
Install and run Fedora 10 preview release. Install and run Mathematica 5.0
(this likely affects other Mathematica versions as well).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and run Fedora 10 preview release.
2. Install and run Mathematica 5.0.
Actual results:
1. Error message at Mathematica startup about missing fonts (see attachment).
2. Improperly rendered text within Mathematica.
Expected results:
No error messages, properly rendered text.
Additional info:
Mathematica tends to rely on system fonts for proper operation to a greater
degree than most applications.

Thanks for debugging this.
Should this be reassigned to firefox? What package provides this "organise
status bar" extension?

This one looks good, thank you for your persistence. You can now continue the
font package integration process, starting here:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Font_package_lifecycle#3.a
Please do not forget the comps and wiki parts.
Reassigning the bug to you since my part is done.
APPROVED
PS Do not forget to subscribe to the low-traffic fedora-fonts-list, since
Fedora 11 packaging changes are being discussed there right now.

[Bug 432184] The Visibone font test does not work with the icedtea java plugin
by Red Hat Bugzilla

--- Comment #27 from Nicolas Mailhot <nicolas.mailhot(a)laposte.net> 2008-11-13 17:00:10 EDT ---
After many more tests it seems the stack is not relevant — I get it both when
firefow works and when it crashes
However I've found out that disabling the "organise status bar" firefox
extensions reliably made things work.
Thus I suppose the openjdk plugin does something "organise status bar" really
does not like (I've been running this extension for months on rawhide without
any problem before I tried those pages with openjdk)
