When upgrading to fontconfig-2.13.1-9.fc30.x86_64, dnf emits this warning:

This is no more issue in Fedora. When fontconfig added this element, some
applications did not process it while using fontconfig.

So what is the workaround for this? Are the applications that use fontconfig
meant to change something? 

I am getting this bug when I launch my Android Studio.

Please ask to rebuild it against the latest version of fontconfig. this isn't
really our issue since this was caused by bundled library in application.
otherwise use flatpak.

Google sent me here. How to check which version of fontconfig was used and with
which version to rebuild? I suspect that F32 ships with the "broken"
fontconfig.
