Released version 2.5.2 of Lohit Assamese, Bengali, Devanagari, Malayalam, Marathi and Telugu

Hi All,

Announcing 2.5.2 release of Lohit Assamese, Bengali, Devanagari,
Malayalam, Marathi and Telugu. Major change in this release is
compatibility with harfbuzz ng. Lohit Telugu still need testing and bug
fixes for harfbuzz-ng.
