Yes, because
system-config-language show only one language "es_ES",
I have to edit the file /etc/sysconfig/i18n and delete the line
"SUPPORTED", then
show all language. I do not know if this is an bug.

Yes, I have.
The problem was when i change the contry to "Nicaragua" in the
"Control Center",
those fields for format date and time and other don't show any option.
I don't know how that work, but this morning when i use my computer
those fields
(date and time) they have values now, i don't know how explain that.
So, thanks for your help. I will be pending if they appear more problems.
