So if I'd like to circumvent GPL requirements, all I have to do is add a trademarked item to it?
Don't confuse trademark and copyright requirements. They are different.
The GPL says 'any further restrictions'. It doesn't say some kinds of restrictions are OK and some not.
It is not so simple as you claim. Read carefully FSF's response on export requirements. Many such requirements are outside the purview of GPL.

"The GPL has no problem with you being picky about who you give the software to: if you want, you can decide that you'll only distribute to paying customers, or people with blue hair."
It appears you still have trouble understanding that GPL can only say no further restrictions on what it covers or you just don't want to understand. So go talk to someone who can explain it better if they can. Don't waste time on this off-topic conversation here. We are done with this.
