Hi,
why does %configure still use
--build=i686-pc-linux-gnu --host=i686-pc-linux-gnu --target=i586-redhat-linux-gnu
in rawhide i386, shouldn't the target be i686-redhat-linux-gnu?
--target should not be set at all.
It's meaningless for 99.9% of all packages.
.. and it causes trouble in the 0.1% of packages: compilers. At least the pcc build scripts think that a cross-compilation is in course, since the host and target arguments differ.
