* kde-4.4rc3 status
* kde-4.3.5 status 

= Summary =

kde-4.4rc3 status:

* KDE SC 4.3.98 (a.k.a KDE SC 4.4 RC3) is in rawhide.
* Builds for kde-unstable will be pushed soon. 

kde-4.3.5 status:

* KDE SC 4.3.5 will be pushed to stable.
* Bug references need to be updated to include #529644 and #560721.
* New kdelibs and kdebase builds need to be included.
* This has been handled during the meeting. 

Open discussion:

* setroubleshoot introduced a hard dependency on gnome-packagekit (#561001)
* The dependency should be made generic or setroubleshoot has to be removed 
from KDE spin.

Is it just a dep on the PackageKit session API? If so can't we just
add a virtual provide "PackageKit-session" to gnome-packagekit and
kpackagekit, and switch setroubleshoot to require that?

While you are fixing PackageKit dependencies, can you also remove the
PackageKit-yum-plugin dependency from PackageKit? The plugin seems not
to be necessary, as it can be disabled in
/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/refresh-packagekit.conf and still the gnome applet
indicates when there are new updates.

You still need the plugin if you intend to use yum on the command line.

I always use yum on the command line and the applet is the only item
from PackageKit I use, but only in the way that I notice it, when there
are updates. I still use yum to update then. Iirc, with the plugin
enabled, then PackageKit blocks yum, if I run it too fast twice in a
row.

It's a dependency on something which is no longer used, it seems (instead, 
they use yum directly in the current code), so they just removed it in 
Rawhide:
