Is this the right place to report wiki typos?
No, the right place to report wiki typos would be webmaster@fedoraproject.org. Or the webites list( fedora-websites-list@redhat.com)

Throughout the entire wiki, there should only be three places where you cannot edit:
Packaging/ Licensing/ Legal/
I maintain all of these sections, so you can send any suggested changes on pages that you cannot edit to me.
