I tend to always run rpmlint as part of my workflow to avoid unnecessary mistakes getting pushed out, but all the new false-positive errors/warnings make this a lot more painful then it used to be.
You are not the only one https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2052451. Upstream claims that rpmlint is not expected to run on debuginfo subpackages. Hence it's up to "fedpkg lint" to exclude the debuginfo subpackages from linting.
