The upstream we were following [1] is dead for a while. There are some forks that seems to be moving forward but one would have to check which fork to go with [2, 3, 4, ...]. Upstream of python-twisted suggested to drop SOAPpy as a dependency (and possibly drop the module as well) [5], so only pytrainer might be problematic.
So if anyone is willing to maintain this package properly I will happily give it a new home, otherwise I will orphan it and let it be retire with the F21 branching.
The package is now orphaned.
