Note that this is even more broken: it's about a Fedora 7 package being out-of-date, but the EVR given has an FC6 tag!
Was the package ever rebuilt for F7? ISTR that not all of them were. That makes it possible for a package with a 'fc6' tag to show up in F7. It looks like 0.63-6 was built and pushed out on FC6 before the updated version on F7 got pushed into updates/updates-testing.
