This line repeats a lot in your output. I think you will get forward with this if you figure out what happened to php-imap in Fedora 34 and, whatever that was, how to recover from it.
Yeah, it looks like the php-imap package was dropped in the F34 testing cycle due to an issue that probably only needed a simple rebuild to fix:

...but it was not added to the fedora-obsolete-packages list. Remi is building it in his own external PHP repositories, so it's clear there's nothing inherently broken about it:

I rely on php-imap for authentication purposes on a _lot_ (using php packages that remain included with Fedora!) so this is actually a major blocking issue for me.
