rawhide and branched composes for 2015-09-18

Just a heads up to anyone interested: 

Both branched and rawhide composes failed this morning due to two
issues: 

1. There was a space issue on koji's nfs volume. 

2. Someone changed the permissions on the 'update-comps' script in the
comps repo so it was not executable. 

Both of these are now fixed, so I have restarted both branched and
rawhide composes. They should land later today.
