So what? Maintainers are not messengers, they have other work to do than
forwarding the bugs you're too lazy to file directly at the right place.
While I agree it can be a pain, don't you want to know if a user is
having problems with a package you're responsible for? If they file it
upstream there's a chance you will not find out about it, nor would
you know when it's fixed and a new package should be built.
