git-up has been retired for over a year now. Packages that have been retired for over 8 weeks need to go through Package Review again.

I filed https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2082032 for that.
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/git-up has a button "Retired" which opened a pre-filled ticket, which was the wrong template. Would it make sense (and be technically feasible) to detect it was retired >= 8 weeks ago and use the correct template? If so, where would I file this RFE?
