I did not know that we shouldn't use external hosting, the wiki [1] also
doesn't require that, it only says:
Put your spec file and SRPM somewhere on the Internet where it can be
directly downloaded (just HTTP(s), no registration pages or special download methods,
please).
While I see that having them available infinitely has a benefit, it's
not enforced anywhere (and actually uncommon for the reviews I've seen).
Maybe the guidelines need an update, if that's actually something we
want to have?
