Yep, I also had to add g++-mapper-server, and the build succeeds.
I'm performing a full chain gcc (bootstrap) -> crt -> gcc
(bootstrap2) -> winpthreads -> gcc (full) here [1] and if all works
then I'd proceed with the build in Rawhide.
As for pulling the patches from the native package, I don't really
have the capacity to follow up with all downstream/backported
patches, but I certainly don't have any objections if it were done!
It seems like it would be worth having them. Unfortunately the patch
numbers of the base patches clash with the ones for mingw-gcc, so to
be neat we'd need to renumber the mingw-gcc ones.
When you finish your build and it's in Rawhide then I'll see how hard
it will be to add the gcc patches.
