Is there any plans to add a PowerPC build of Fedora?
Fedora working on PowerPC-based architectures. Perhaps the folks at
Terra
Soft Solutions would be interested as well?
Are there any like-minded folks out there?
This has been brought up on irc, IIRC the main missing component is the
kernel, everything else gets built on ppc. I believe Elliot (Sopwith)
Lee is running Fedora/severn on an ibook by using the yellowdog kernel.
All support in anaconda/grubby should be there I believe, but I haven't
had time to look further.
But yes I'm intrested.
