Mass reassign and orphan: steve

Dear all,

This morning I processed another round of point of contact changes.
According to https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/1233, all the perl-* packages
from the FAS user steve have been reassigned to psabata and the rest of it
orphaned.

Ugh, so with my Games SIG (as well as kids software) hat on, we really need to find a
new maintainer for:

I will take supertux, tuxtype2 and gl-117, unless someone really want 
them. But supertux and gl-117 have already a co-maintainer, I will 
discuss with them.

I'm currently way behind with some of the packages I have now, so I wouldn't 
be able to help with these in the short run without causing other problems.
