Provide *all* the information you can.
How, when, what did you change, etc.
If they are on rawhide they may be hitting secureboot failures in GRUB
like what we hit in Fedora CoreOS CI tests:

TL;DR - the next build of GRUB2 (grub2-2.06-80.fc38) should fix it.
