Rebuilding the same package without any change fixes the issue. Anyone has any idea what's going on here?

Well, it gets worse: on EL-6 the problem is actually reproducible (tried it twice already):

Well, I know that :). In any case, upstream has improved the tests in 2.08 (prompted by my report that test #5 has a separate problem) and all tests now run fine.
What puzzled me is test #1 failed once on F-13 but not on a repeat build.
