Invalid body, keys: sls missing

I'm trying to get an f32 branch for a newly created package.  Branch
creation has failed twice now with the error in $SUBJECT:

https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/22127

Can I get a human to look at that ticket instead of whatever
automation it is that keeps closing it without actually accomplishing
the requested task?  Thanks,

From the error message, it looks like the branch creation tooling
hasn't been updated for the f32 branch point - so it treats f32 as an
"arbitrary branch", where you need to specify service levels (SLs).
But that's just my guess.

I think mohan and pingou were trying to debug this on another package
the other day, but I am not sure where they got. 

The thing to do when these tickets don't process right is to open a new
releng ticket. Just re-opening the scm-request usually just results in
it failing to process again. ;( 

So, if you could file a ticket and note the package hopefully we can get
it fixed.
