request admin access for gnumeric

[Globe Trotter]

Hello,
I have commit privileges for EPEL 7 for gnumeric. I recently got a request to upgrade
gnumeric. I went through and created the rpm as usual and have now realized that I do not
have commit privileges for Fedora 27. I wonder: how do I get this nowadays. Previously, I
used pkgdb but that is not not an option.

But we don't do per-branch privileges.  So either you have commit
privileges on all branches, or you don't.

Perhaps you could include some details about what leads you to believe
that you have privileges on one branch but not the others.
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gnumeric shows three users with
commit privileges:

Contributors
huzaifas (huzaifas) - main admin
aarem (aarem) - admin
belegdol (belegdol) - commit

Well, an admin of the repository would go and give you permission to
commit to the repository.  But again, that would apply to the entire
repository, not just a branch.

Yes, indeed: aarem is me. So, I thought that I did not have privileges because when I git
push, I get the following:
$ git push

Where does this come from? I was able to git push an update to osmo without any issues so
that is why I was thinking that there was something off. 

Any suggestions as to what is going on here? All earlier steps (upto git commit) worked
without error.

I have limited admin privileges, but one of the things I can do is see
the gitolite configuration and... it confuses me a bit because it does
show that you have no commit access to anything but the epel7 branch.
That makes me think that maybe the access list is just out of date.

I have formerly looked at:
	https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/nagios/

which (seemingly) had per F and EPEL release specific 
differing commit permissions

and also which does not shows rights that I know Smooge added 
last week.  The bug red notice does not indicate this 
information is stale, but only that a packagedb was stale ... 
One now assumes tht more detail is needed to ovver a 
(optionally per package) redirection

I see the expected data
