https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2052451>. Upstream claims that
rpmlint is not expected to run on debuginfo subpackages. Hence it's up to
"fedpkg lint" to exclude the debuginfo subpackages from linting.

I did check:
http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/rpkg but not fedpkg.
Note I believe that rpkg would be a more appropriate component since
that is where the actual logic is implemented AFAIK.
